Mrs. Serial Killer: Jacqueline Fernandez Opens Up About Her Digital Debut And Says, “It Is The Very New Territory For Me”

A few months back, Netflix unveils that they are adding 10 new original movies across all genres in its content library and Mrs. Serial Killer is one of them. Well, Bollywood diva Jacqueline Fernandez steps into the digital platform to make her digital debut with Netflix, alongside Mohit Raina.

‘Mrs. Serial Killer’ directed by Shirish Kunder and produced by filmmaker Farah Khan. The Mrs. Serial Killer story revolves around a wife who is seeking an opportunity to prove her husband’s innocence by committing a murder.

As per Bollywood Hungama report, while sharing some information about her character and web series, Jacqueline says, “It is the very new territory for me, currently, I am working on Mrs. Serial Killer. It’s a digital platform. So it’s not something I am used to either. I am used to theatrical cinemas. But this is a completely new and interesting space for me. But what is cool about it is that the fact, like it seemed to be the future as well.”

She also added, “Pretty much the team I am working with Serial Killer has similar faces I see. That because of Digital the reach has widened, be platform changes, but it also has let people watch our films. So much new content and talent has been discovered as well.”

Farah Khan said in a statement, “The Internet is an exciting place for telling stories that are multi-genre and multi-layered. The story is the heart of the series and they are very confident that it will travel across the world.” However, while announcing the news about her next work with Netflix, super excited Jacqueline tweeted, “Super stoked to announce my new @NetflixIndia Original film, Mrs. Serial Killer is coming soon. This is going to be fun.”
